About Clive Mills
Clive Mills is an experienced solicitor in providing property law and commercial law services with over 30 years experience in family law. Approachable and caring to clients, Clive places emphasis on attention to detail.
Clive qualified as a solicitor in England in 1980, practicing in Family Law, Property Law, Commercial Law,Conveyancing, Wills & Estates, Insolvency and Litigation before moving to Western Australia in 1989, where he soon established his own thriving suburban practice. He re-established Clive Mills & Associates after moving to Sydney in late 2001.
Clive believes that the quality of the legal documentation produced by his firm is of a high order.

About Lisa Cappe
Lisa is a nationally accredited mediator and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP).
Lisa’s background is in law, having practiced both in big-city law firms, as well in community legal centers, primarily in commercial areas. She has also worked in the human resources departments of several law-firms, where she was responsible for employee recruitment, training and development, staff recognition programs and employee counselling. During her corporate career, Lisa performed both formal and informal coaching and mentoring roles across senior and junior staff levels.
Lisa decided to rededicate herself towards family dispute resolution in order to further her passion for helping families resolve complex situations without the intervention of the courts, and guide her clients in working towards a more positive future for their children. Lisa prides herself on her open and engaging communication style, and her empathetic approach in understanding her client’s concerns. Lisa has three children of her own.

About Sheridan Costa
Sheridan is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney Generals Department and is also a nationally accredited mediator under the National Mediation Accreditation Scheme. Sheridan has a Vocational Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution obtained from The Australian Institute for Relationship Studies and is a member of Leadr, the leading body for accreditation and training in dispute resolution.
Sheridan works in the private and public sector as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and has extensive experience in the area of Family Law mediation, including parenting matters involving difficult circumstances. She is passionate about empowering clients to make wise short and long term decisions.
About Jodie Romer
Jodie is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney Generals Office and a Practitioner member with LEADR .
Jodie’s has received a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution from the Australian institute of Relationship Studies. Her Graduate Diploma is complimented by a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology from Macquarie University. Her degree in Psychology allows Jodie to be particularly effective as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner as she is able to understand the dynamics of interpersonal relationships and how to effectively mediate difficult situations in order to assist parties to reach effective resolutions.
Jodie has experience in all areas of Family Dispute Resolution including separation and divorce, as well as parenting and children’s issues. She has a keen interest in family dynamics, particularly relating to blended and step families.
