No Hidden Costs

We will outline our fees and charges at the beginning of your very first visit to our St Leonards office. While we can’t always entirely estimate what your final fee will be, as our services are sometimes determined by an opposing party’s actions, we will always maintain regular communication with you. By encouraging open and honest conversation we aim to minimise any problems and ensure that you are only getting the services that you require. 

Type of Fees

Our charges will depend on the type of service performed and what we have agreed with you. Our types of fees include:

• Hourly fees – When we charge you on an hourly basis for our services rendered, we will provide detailed, itemised bills, which will be provided regularly at fortnightly intervals.
• Flat fee – We will, in some matters, agree on a single sum of money that can be paid for our service(s).
• Other fees – Other fees include pre-service payments that may be required before we commence our services and minimum fees that represent the minimum cost for services that can be added in hourly increments if extra time or services are required.
